Vintage Planters Mr Peanut Plastic Advertising Toy Bank

1960’s Mr Peanut tan painted plastic advertising bank.

Mr Peanut was introduced by Planters Peanuts as the company logo/mascot in 1916. Since his introduction Mr Peanut has become very popular and Planters Peanuts began using the mascot on a variety of advertising items such as: clocks, plastic coffee mugs and ashtrays.

This Mr Peanut bank made in the USA, molded plastic, is 8.25in (21cm) high and in very good vintage condition. There are no cracks on the plastic.
