Noritake Porcelain China Dinnerware Serving Pieces Bowl

Offering for sale a fabulous hand painted Noritaka bowl. It features a group of flowers; dahlia, daisies and zinnia. These beautiful flowers are nestled together set against a background of mauve over lovely white porcelain china, and a finely executed gold rim which has a aurora lustre glaze finish. There is also a gold gilt rim on the foot of the bowl. On the back it is marked Noritake Hand Painted Made in Japan" with trademark. Deep within the blooms there are dark tones of purple and blue, and the background colors are shaded to perfection.

This bowl measures 8-3/4" wide at the rim, and it is 2-1/4" tall. It is in overall very good condition with no cracks or repairs, no chips in the china.

The shape of the bowl, a clover shape of the bowl there are four seems which are parts of the pattern of the bowl the paint fades and the white porcelain comes through slightly when it was fired. This is natural because the item is hand painted there is no such thing as perfection when items are hand painted. This is the unique stamp of each and individual artisan work created which gives each piece its uniqueness. Make no mistake this bowl is beautiful and is in very good vintage condition.
