Barbini, Vintage Murano Glass Cigarette Lighter | Old Luxe

Outstanding 1950s Barbini Murano Italian glass cigarette lighter in vibrant orange with gold dust. This vintage glass is very rare and hard-to-find. This coffee table lighter is orb shaped with perfectly controlled bubbles throughout. It is used but in excellent condition no chips or cracks. This is a real find for the discerning collector.

A classic mid-century piece made on the Island of Murano near Venice, Italy. Wear to the ground and polished bases is consistent with age. Unmarked but definitely the work of Alfredo Barbini. I have no idea if this lighter works or not so, buy it for display use. Then again, who knows, it may work if you put lighter fluid in it? Can't say for certain.

Lighter Dimensions are 3.5 inches wide, 2.5 inches tall.
